Shipping

Our standard order processing time typically ranges from 2 to 3 business days. During busy periods, there might be a slight delay, but rest assured, we’re committed to getting your order shipped as quickly as possible.

You can rely on us for reliable shipping and delivery services. Generally, the estimated delivery duration falls within the range of 3 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the destination of your shipment.
Cost of Shipping:
To keep things simple and transparent, we offer free shipping on all orders. No hidden fees or extra charges to worry about.
Shipment Status:
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. This allows you to easily track your shipment and know exactly when it’s expected to arrive.
Refund
Modifications to orders:
If you need to make changes to your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. You have the flexibility to cancel your order at no additional cost within the first 24 hours of placing it. If more than 24 hours have passed, please follow the instructions below to initiate a return.
Returns:
You have a generous 30 calendar days from the date you receive an item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item should be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Don’t forget to provide proof of purchase.
To kickstart the return process, simply drop us an email at [email protected]. Please note that we won’t accept returns without prior approval.
Acceptable reasons for returns include:

  • Defective item

  • Unneeded merchandise

  • Fell short of expectations

Steps for returns:
  1. Email us at [email protected] to initiate a return, sharing your order number and reason for the return.
  2. After reviewing your request and granting approval, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Follow the provided instructions and send your package to the specified address.
  4. Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, we’ll promptly notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate the refund process and credit your original payment method within 7−14 business days.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for shipping fees unless the product is found to be faulty or incorrect.
Restocking fees:
Rest assured, we don’t impose any restocking fees.
Delays or missing refunds:
If your refund hasn’t appeared within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking your bank account and credit card statement. If the refund is still not visible, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
Packages that are refused:
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for packages that are refused or go uncollected due to reasons attributable to the customer.
Damaged products:
We apologize if you’ve received a damaged product. Please reach out to us within 5 business days of delivery with a clear photo and description of the damage. We’ll review the case and proceed to issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. Please note that items displaying signs of use won’t qualify for a refund.
Wrong items recovered:
If you’ve received the wrong item, please return it to us, and we'll ensure a full refund, including the return shipping cost if the mistake was ours
Packages gone missing:
While lost packages are rare, should your order experience a delay exceeding 60 business days, we commit to issuing a full refund.
